现任住房和城乡建设部政策研究中心主任，研究员，兼任中国社会科学院研究生院城乡建设经济系副主任、教授。是享受国务院颁发政府特殊津贴的专家。自1988年起从事城市建设投融资、住房与房地产政策与理论研究工作。主持国家部委及地方有关科研项目40多项，及多项国际合作项目。2008年赴美，在世界银行做访问学者。曾获国家“九五”科技攻关与国家重大科技产业工程项目科研突出成果奖和个人先进奖，2008、2010年华厦建设科技进步三等奖等。熟悉政策，了解市场，在城乡建设研究领域富有经验并具广泛影响。

Currently Director and researcher of the Center for Policy Research, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; concurrently Deputy Dean and Professor of the Department of Urban & Rural Construction Economics, the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; an expert receiving State Council special allowance. Since 1988, She engaged in urban construction investment and financing, and research on housing and real estate policies and theories. She has presided over more than 40 relevant scientific research projects of ministries and commissions of the state government and local governments, as well as multiple international cooperation projects. In 2008, She visited the United States as visiting scholar of the World Bank. She has been awarded Outstanding Achievement Award in Scientific Research and Individual Advanced Award for the national “Ninth Five Year Plan” scientific problem tackling and state key technological industry engineering projects, China Construction Science & Technology Progress Third Prize for 2008 and 2010. She is familiar with policies and the market, with rich experience and extensive influence in urban and rural development research field.
