任克英女士担任美银美林董事总经理、中国区主席暨行政总裁。任女士负责领导和推进美银美林中国区全部产品线的业务发展和战略，进一步巩固拓展与中国客户的业务合作。在她的领导下，美银美林中国将为国内及跨国企业客户提供全方位的金融产品和服务。任女士有超过20年的金融行业从业经验，是经验最丰富的中国银行家之一，对中国金融行业市场和企业发展策略均有深刻的理解和认识。她领导并参与了多个大中华区具有里程碑意义的交易项目并与客户建立了密切的合作关系。在加入美银美林以前，她担任法国巴黎银行（BNP Paribas）大中华区企业融资主席及行政总裁。她于2007-2009年在美林投资银行部任职，担任中国区主席。任女士持有上海医科大学医学硕士学位及斯隆管理学院工商管理硕士（MBA）学位。

Ms. Margaret Ren is the Managing Director and CEO of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Chinese operating region. Ms. Ren is responsible for leading and promoting business development and strategies of Bank of America Merrill Lynch China’s full product lines in China, as well as for further consolidating and expanding business cooperation with Chinese customers. Under her leadership, Bank of America Merrill Lynch China will provide a full range of financial products and services for domestic and multinational clients in China. With over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry, Ms. Ren is one of the most experienced bankers in China and has a profound understanding of China's financial industry and market as well as business development strategies. She has led and participated in a number of milestone deals in the Greater China and established close working relationships with customers. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, she was Enterprise Financing Chairman and CEO for Greater China at BNP Paribas. In 2007-2009, she worked in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Division, serving China Chairman. Ms. Ren holds a Masters’ Degree in medical sciences from Shanghai Medical University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Sloan School of Management.
