史立荣先生，拥有20年电信业研发、生产、销售及管理经验。作为中兴通讯“走出去”第一人，史立荣先生是公司国际化的拓荒者、见证者和领导者。2006年起至2010年3月，史立荣先生担任本公司执行副总裁，全面负责2万余销售队伍在全球140多个国家的市场销售和客户服务。期间公司以跨国运营商为突破口，将欧美市场和人口大国市场作为战略市场，取得了国际化的重要进展。07年海外收入首次超过国内，并在2008年和2009年的全球金融危机中逆势增长，带领公司跻身全球五大电信设备商行列。

With over 20 years of experience in R&D, production, sales and management in the telecom industry, Mr. Shi Lirong is one of the chief architects behind ZTE Corporation’s internationalization drive and globalization efforts. CCTV 2011 Chinese economy ten big man of the Year Award. From 2006 to March 2010, Mr. Shi was the Executive Vice President of ZTE, and was responsible for sales, marketing and customer service activities of more than 20,000 salespeople in over 140 countries worldwide. During the period of time, the company made a breakthrough as a cross-border operator by targeting the European and North American markets as well as positioning itself in markets with large populations as a strategic player.
