宋海良，男，1963年7月生，中共党员，教授级高工，享受国务院政府津贴，天津大学管理学博士，北京市东城区人大代表；获“2008年度最受关注企业家”、“十佳现代管理企业家”、“中央企业劳动模范”等荣誉。1987年毕业于武汉理工大学港口机械设计与制造专业，历任中交水规院工程师、所长、经营处处长、副院长，2001年起任院长，2006年起任董事长、总经理。2012年8月起，任中国交建总裁助理，上海振华重工董事长、党委书记；兼任中国咨询行业协会常务理事、中国勘察设计协会常务理事、中国水运建设行业协会副理事长、中国机械学会港口机械分会副理事长、《水运工程》理事会理事长、中国工程建设标准化协会水运专业委员会主任委员、日照港和宁波港独立董事。

Song Hailiang, male, was born in July 1963. He is member of Communist Party of China, a professor-level senior engineer, enjoys his work with government subsidy of the State Council, and has a Ph.D. in Management from Tianjin University, deputy in Beijing Dongcheng District People's Congress. His honors include: "The most talked-about Entrepreneurs in 2008", "Top ten Modern-management Entrepreneurs", "Model of State-owned Key Enterprises" amongst other honors. Graduated in 1987 from Wuhan University of Port Machinery Design and Manufacture. Served as Associate Dean, Operations Director, Director, engineer of the Water Transport Planning and Design Institute of CCCC, and held a post as Dean during 2001 to 2005. He was appointed Chairman of the Board and General Manager in 2006. August 2012, he was appointed assistant to the president of CCCC, Chairman and Party secretary to Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.; Simultaneously, he held positions at China Consulting Industry Association as Executive Director, the Executive Director of the China Survey and Design Association, Water Transportation and Construction Industry Association Vice Chairman, and Port Machinery Branch Vice President of China Society of Mechanical Engineers, President of the Council of Water Transport Engineering, ‘Water Transport Engineering Council’ Chairman, Director of the Committee of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association Water-transportation Profession, and independent director of Rizhao Port and Ningbo Port.
