Ms. Jingbo Wang is co-founder and chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Noah Holdings Limited. Ms. Wang has over fifteen years of experience in asset and wealth management services industry. Prior to co-founding our company, from May 2000 to September 2005, Ms. Wang worked in several departments and affiliates of Xiangcai Securities, a securities firm in China. Ms. Wang served as the head of the private banking department at Xiangcai Securities from August 2003 to September 2005, where she established the securities firm's wealth management business. Ms. Jingbo Wang was awarded some honorable titles, “2012 The global entrepreneurship annual innovation leader”, “2011 E&Y entrepreneurship of the year award”, “2011 Annual Business Woman”, “2010 Annual Business Woman in China”, etc..
