王兵先生是中国重要的投资人，从事证券投资行业至今20年，是中国证券市场的首批从业者。2000年创办鼎天资产管理有限公司，并担任董事长。2004年，王兵先生参与发起了爱佑慈善基金会并担任基金会理事长，这是国内首家由企业家发起并管理运作的非公募慈善基金会。“爱佑童心”项目已成为国内规模最大的贫困先天性心脏病患儿救助项目。截至2012年10月，全国范围内，累计救助贫困先心病患儿15000余名。王兵先生拥有经济学学士，工商管理硕士。

Mr. Wang is one of China's leading investors. He has twenty years of experience in investment management and has established an extensive network of contacts in China. In 2000, He founded DTC Investment Management (DTCIM) and has served as the Chairman since then. In 2004, Mr. Wang Co-founded Aiyou Foundation and currently served as its Chairman. It is the first Chinese private charity foundation supervised and operated by entrepreneurs. Aiyou Tongxin Program which has become the largest-scale program in the world aimed to help the infants with CHD from underprivileged home. Up until October 2012, Aiyou Tongxin Program had accomplished the task of aiding Fifteen thousand children with congenital heart disease. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor Degree in economics and an EMBA Degree.
