王东明，现任中信证券股份有限公司董事长，执行董事兼执行委员会委员。王先生自本公司1995 年成立时加入中信证券，并于1999 年9 月26 日获委任为公司董事。王先生亦曾担任公司副总经理及总经理。王先生亦担任中国中信股份有限公司总经理助理、中信控股有限责任公司董事、中信国际金融控股有限公司董事、华夏基金董事长、中信产业基金管理有限公司董事长及中信证券国际非执行董事。

Mr. WANG Dongming, serves as chairman of Citic Securities Co.,Ltd., an executive Director and a member of Executive Committee. Mr. Wang joined Citic Securities since the establishment of Company in 1995 and was appointed as Director on 26 September 1999. Mr. Wang worked as deputy general manager and general manager of Company. Mr. Wang is also assistant to the general manager of CITIC Group, non-executive director of CITIC Holdings Limited, non-executive director of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited, chairman of the board of China AMC ，chairman of the board of CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd. and non-executive director of CSI.
