王志宏，男，1962年2月生，中共党员，研究生学历，现任海南省住房和城乡建设厅党组书记、厅长，教授级高级工程师。先后任中国市政工程西南设计研究院副院长、院长，中国房地产开发公司副总裁、总工程师，建设部机关管理局局长，建设部标准定额研究所所长，住房和城乡建设部标准定额司司长。曾主持设计实施四川攀枝花市、成都市、陕西西安市、上海市浦东燃气利用大、中型工程，组织开展国家或部级重大科研课题、“十一五”科技支撑计划项目、中德、中法、中美等国际合作项目研究20多项，完成10余部国家标准体系的研究编制。

WANG Zhihong, male, born in Feb. 1962, member of Communist Party of China, Postgraduate, the Professor-level Senior Engineer, Secretary of the Department's CPC group, and Director-General of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural development of Hainan Province. He was successively appointed vice director, director of Southwest China Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, Vice President, Chief Engineer of China's Real Estate Development Company. In the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, he was appointed as Director-General of Administration Bureau, Director-General of Standard Rating Institute, and Division Director of Construction Standard and Project Quota.He was in charge of the designs of several large scale projects of natural gas utilization in Panzhihua, Chengdu of Sichuan Province, Xi'an of Shanxi Province and Pudong of Shanghai, and took part as the chief organizer of 20 more projects in national or ministerial scientific research, worked on key projects of science and technology of National 11th five-year plan, managed several international cooperation projects between China and Germany, France and United States, researched and completed 10 and more National standards systems.
