吴国迪，男，1960年11月出生，浙江宁波，中共党员，美国工商管理学院经济学博士；中国人民大学工商管理学硕士；并在长江商学、哈佛商学院、沃顿商学院进修。1988年任中国中轻工业集团公司董事长兼总经理、党委书记。1997任埃力生（集团）有限公司董事局主席、党委书记。2005年起任中国国际能源集团控股有限公司党委书记、董事局主席。2008年被评选为“影响中国改革十大创新人物”，同年获得“中国经济30年30人”荣誉称号。2009年4月当选“中国骄傲-第8届中国时代新闻人物”。2009年8月被评选为“新中国60年60位改革人物”。担任上海市十一届人大代表，APEC中国工商委员会主席，中国国际商会副会长，中华全国青年联合会常委，环球华商协会主席等社会职务。

Wu Guodi, Male, born in November, 1960 in Ningbo City of Zhe Jiang Province, is the member of the Chinese Communist Party and Doctor of Economics. He holds Doctor of Economics from American University of business administration. He also holds a MBA degree from the Renmin University. He takes short-term study in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School, and Wharton University of Pennsylvania. Since 1988, Wu Guodi has been the chairman of the board, the general manager as well as the secretary of the Party of China Zhong Qing Industry Group Co., Ltd. Since 1997, he has been the chairman of the board and the secretary of the Party of Shanghai Alison Group Co., Ltd. Since 2005, he has been the chairman of the board and the secretary of the Party of China International Energy Sources Group Co., LTD. In 2008, he was elected “The Top 10 Innovative People Who Influences the Industry Reform of China”. In the same year, he was awarded the honorary title of “The 30 People in 30 Years for Chinese Economy”. In April 2009, he was elected “The Pride of China – The 8th China Era News Figure”. In August 2009, he was chosen as “The 60 Reformers in New China”. He is also the member of the 11th People’s Congress of Shanghai, the Chairman of APEC China Industry and Commerce Committee, the vice chairman of China Chamber of International Commerce, the standing member of All-China Youth Federation and the vice chairman of Global Chinese Merchants Association.
