1965年生，全国政协委员，全国青联委员。黑龙江省省长金融经济顾问。历任德意志投资银行亚洲分行副董事长，董事总经理兼大中华区总裁，神华集团外部董事。2010年4月，正式出任中国工商银行副行长职务。

Mr. Zhang Hongli joined ICBC as Senior Executive Vice President in 2010. Prior to this role, he was the President of Deutsche Bank Asia Pacific, Chairman of Deutsche Bank China and was a member of its Investment Banking Global Execution Committee. Hongli previously worked at Goldman Sachs as Executive Director and Chief Representative of its Beijing Office. He is currently a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
