张其佐，男，中国四川渠县人，经济学博士、教授，现任成都大学副校长。曾担任国家能源办和外交部等部门课题组负责人。兼任外交学院等高等院校特聘教授、新华社特约经济观察员及全球化合作论坛副秘书长、G20与新兴国家经济发展战略研究中心主任。与布莱尔、希拉克、拉法兰、施罗德、普罗迪、基辛格、索罗斯等外国政要和学者就中国与世界经济问题进行了广泛交流和对话。曾二次作为中欧关系论坛中方与会代表，是慕尼黑安全政策会议第三次核心小组会议中方正式成员。被中国学界誉为“生物产业革命理论的首创者”，“是关注国际国内热点经济问题的经济学家”。

Born in Quxian County of Sichuan Province in 1962, Mr. Zhang Qizuo is Ph.D. Economics and Professor and holds the office of Vice President of Chengdu University. Dr. Zhang used to lead the projects designated by the State Office of Energy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He currently is the Vice Secretary General of Global Cooperation Forum and also serves as a Special Professor for Institutions such as China Foreign Affairs University, Economic Observer of the Xinhua News Agency and Director of the Centre of Strategic Economic Development Studies for G20 and Emerging Countries. Dr. Zhang has had extensive communication and exchange on China and World Economic Issues with foreign Political Leaders and Scholars, including Prime Minister Blair, President Chirac, Prime Minister Raffarin, Chancellor Schroeder, Prime Minister Prodi and Dr. Kissinger. Dr. Zhang Qizuo participated twice in the China-Europe Forum and is a full member of China at the 3rd Caucus Meeting of the Munich Security Policy Conference. Dr. Zhang was referred as “an Outstanding Economist on Topical Domestic and International Economics”, and “the Founder of Bio-industrial Revolution Theory” in Chinese academic circle.
