Frank Ingriselli is the Founder, President and CEO of Pacific Energy Development, a U.S. publicly-listed oil and gas company with shale oil and gas assets and operations in the Niobrara Formation in Colorado and the Eagle Ford Formation in Texas, United States. Mr. Ingriselli previously served as the President of Texaco Technology Ventures; CEO of Tima Pechora Company (owned by Texaco, Exxon, Amoco, and Norsk Hydro), and President of Texaco International Operations. While at Texaco, Mr. Ingriselli led the signing of the first successful foreign oil development investment contract in China in 1983.
