复旦大学77级文学学士，澳大利亚国立大学哲学博士，在哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院和教育研究院完成高级研修班；古文字学家、书法学家和教育管理学家，曾获2001年杰出澳大利亚华人奖； 2000年到2010年间任澳大利亚新南威尔士州政府亚洲事务顾问,自2012年被澳大利亚联邦政府政府任命为部长咨询委员会委员；现任澳大利亚精英高等教育学院院长，兼悉尼大学孔子学院理事，曾应邀访问过若干世界领先大学并与中国著名学府合作；曾应中国政府邀请为中华人民共和国五十大庆与六十大庆和澳门回归典礼等重大活动的观礼嘉宾。

Dr. Minshen Zhu, B.A. (Fudan) Ph.D. (ANU) and HECL (Harvard), is a Scholar in Paleography and Calligraphy, and an expert in Education Management, won the Distinguished Australian Chinese Awards in 2001. He was appointed by the State Government of New South Wales as Advisory Member in Asian Business from 2000 to 2010, and has been a Member of the Ministerial Consultative Committee of the Australian Federal Government since 2012. Dr Zhu is currently the Principal of the Top Education Institute and Board Member of the Confucius Institute at the University of Sydney. He has visited several world leading institutions and cooperated with some China's prestigious universities. Dr. Zhu was invited by the Chinese Government as an Honorary Guest to the celebration ceremony for the 50th anniversary of the founding of the P.R. China in 1999, and the 60th anniversary in 2009, and to the handover ceremony for Macao's return to China in1999.
