Patrick Foo先生现任PayPal中国区跨境业务总经理，负责全面提升PayPal在中国的业务运营，包括商户服务、市场推广、中小企业业务、个人业务，以及利用中国跨境电子商务的高速增长机遇带动公司业务的增长。Patrick在亚洲地区拥有20多年的管理经验，过去15年间在美国运通担任区域高层领导职位。他曾负责包括中国大陆、香港和台湾在内的大中华地区，加入PayPal之前他是美国运通中国大陆及台湾地区董事长兼总经理。Patrick拥有新加坡国立大学经济学与数学学士学位。

As head of cross-border business, PayPal China, Patrick Foo is responsible for supervising merchant services, merchant marketing, SMB business and consumer business of PayPal China and increasing the company’s presence and capabilities to capitalize on the explosive growth of cross-border e-commerce in China. Patrick comes to PayPal with more than 20 years of management experience in Asia, and spent the last 15+ years in regional senior leadership roles at American Express. He has led the Greater China markets in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and his last position at the company was Chairman and General Manager for American Express Taiwan and China. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
