罗伯特·劳伦斯·库恩博士是著名国际投资银行家、企业战略家、作家、电视节目制作人兼美国PBS电视台主持人。库恩博士是库恩基金会的主席。过去20多年来，该基金会主要支持和赞助文化、科学、教育和人文事业项目，积极推进中美友好的文化交流和培训教育活动。库恩博士长期担任中国政府和高级领导人顾问，是中国人民的老朋友。库恩博士是《他改变了中国——江泽民传》的作者。2008年，为纪念中国改革开放三十周年，他创作了《中国30年：人类社会的一次伟大变迁》(2008)。2009年10月，为庆祝新中国成立六十周年，他又在西方推出《中国领导人是如何思考的》。 此外，他还编著出版了近三十本著作。库恩博士获得约翰·霍普金斯大学人体生物学学士、加州大学洛杉矶分校大脑学博士学位、麻省理工学院管理硕士学位。他曾任教于麻省理工学院 (心理学)、加州大学洛杉矶分校(解剖学)、纽约大学(企业金融战略)，并任纽约大学客座教授，南加州大学商学院客座教授。库恩博士也担任美国、德国和以色列政府有关部门外宣、经济、科技顾问。

Dr. Robert Lawrence Kuhn is a renowned international investment banker, corporate strategist, writer, producer, and TV host (PBS). Dr. Kuhn is Chairman of The Kuhn Foundation. For over 20 years the Foundation has been facilitating communications between China and the world. He is a long-term adviser to the Chinese government and is an old friend to the Chinese people. Dr. Kuhn is the author of The Man Who Changed China: The Life And Legacy of Jiang Zemin, the first biography of a living Chinese leader published in China and China’s best-selling book of 2005; China 30 Years, and How China’s Leaders Think: The Inside Story of China's Reform and What This Means for the Future (Wiley). He is author and editor of more than 25 books. Dr. Kuhn received a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Johns Hopkins University (where he was Phi Beta Kappa), a PhD in anatomy and brain research from the University of California at Los Angeles' Brain Research Institute; and a master of science in management as a Sloan fellow from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has taught at New York University, University of South California and advises the US, Israeli, and German governments on international communication, economy, and science and technology.
