Mr. G V Sanjay Reddy holds multiple positions and commands a key management role in various businesses of the Hyderabad based GVK. As Vice Chairman of GVK Power & Infrastructure, he spearheads GVK’s foray in key areas of infrastructure such as Energy, Resources, Airports, Transportation, Hospitality & Life Sciences. As the Managing Director of Mumbai International Airport and Bangalore International Airport, he is working on expanding, consolidating and strengthening GVK’s leadership position in the airports business in India. He has recently lead the international foray of GVK Natural Resources into Australia by acquiring one of the largest integrated coal mines in the world which will be set up at a cost of USD 10 Billion. He is also on the Board of Taj GVK Hotels and Vice Chairman of GVK Biosciences and GVK EMRI, a not for profit arm of GVK, a pioneer in Emergency Management Services in India. Mr. Sanjay Reddy holds Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The World Economic Forum chose him as a Young Global Leader for his professional accomplishments, commitment to society & All India Management Association has presented the AIMA Managing India Award for the Emerging Business Leader of the Year 2011.
