1962年10月生，1984年毕业于安徽工学院（合肥工业大学），1984年-1996年期间，先后任职于中国第一汽车集团公司红旗轿车厂、一汽-大众汽车有限公司，1996年底加入奇瑞公司。现任奇瑞汽车股份有限公司党委书记、董事长、总经理，兼任中国汽车工业协会副会长、中国国际经济交流中心理事，中共十七大、十八大党代表。

Mr. Yin was born in October, 1962. He graduated from Anhui Engineering College (Hefei University of Technology). During 1984-1996, he worked for FAW-Hongqi Factory and FAW-Volkswagen. At the end of 1996, he joined Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. He is now Party Secretary, Chairman, General Manager of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd, Deputy President of China Association of Automobile Manufactures (CAAM), Director of China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) and Party Representative of the 17th and 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
