汤姆贝尔(Tom Byrne)先生是穆迪亚太区及中东地区主权风险部的发言人兼分析总监，加入穆迪前曾任职于华盛顿的国际金融研究院，初期在非洲─中东研究部担任经济学家，其后主要在亚太研究部担任高级经济学家。他曾在韩国参与美国Peace Corps的志愿工作，其后获得约翰霍普金斯大学高级国际研究学院的国际关系硕士学位（经济学方向）。他经常代表穆迪在多个研讨会和会议发言。

Tom Byrne is Moody’s spokesperson and director of analysis for the Sovereign Risk Group in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. Prior to working at Moody’s, he was the senior economist in the Asia-Pacific Department of the Institute of International Finance in Washington DC, for much of his tenure, after having begun his career as an economist in the Africa-Middle East Department.Tom has an MA degree in International Relations with an emphasis on economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, which he completed after having served in South Korea as a US Peace Corps volunteer. Tom often represents Moody’s at seminars and conferences.
