董明珠，58岁，中南财经政法大学工商管理硕士学位。现任珠海格力集团有限公司董事长、珠海格力电器股份有限公司（于深圳证券交易所上市）董事长及总裁。曾被授予“全国五一劳动奖章”及被选举为中华人民共和国第十届、第十一届、第十二届人民代表大会代表、中国民主建国会中央常委、全国妇女联合会第十届执委会委员。一九九零年加入珠海格力集团有限公司，历任销售经理、经营部部长、总裁、副董事长等职务，具有丰富的家用电器营销渠道运营及管理经验，开创的“区域销售模式”被评为“广东省企业管理现代化优秀成果”。董女士还积极从事MBA教育，现担任中国科技大学MBA课程教授、山东大学及西北大学兼职教授、中南财经政法大学MBA教育顾问委员会委员及南京理工大学MBA校外导师，并一直致力于打造中国民族品牌，曾被评选为“2010 CCTV中国经济年度人物创新奖”。

Ms. Dong Mingzhu, aged 58 and obtained Master Degree of Business Administration from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Now, she is the Chairman of the board (COB for short) of Gree Group, COB and President of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai (listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange). She had been awarded “National May Day Labor Prize”, Member of 10th, 11th and 12th National People’s Congress, Member of the Standing Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, and Member of 10th Executive Committee of All-China Women’s Federation. Ms. Dong has worked in Gree Group since 1990 from sales manager, supervisor, President and Vice COB etc.. She has rich experience in marketing and managing of household appliances, and has created the Regional Sales Model, which was granted as “Excellent Achievement of Modernizing Enterprises’ Management of Guangdong Province”. Ms. Dong has also been actively engaged in MBA education. Now, she is the Teaching Professor of MBA of University of Science and Technology of China, Adjunct Professor of Shandong University and Northwest University, Member of MBA Educational Committee of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and External MBA Supervisor of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Ms. Dong has been dedicated to creating Chinese National Brand and was granted “Innovation Awards of CCTV’s China Economic Figures of the Year 2010”.
