秘鲁共和国总统

乌马拉总统先生，出生于1962年6月27日，与娜蒂内·艾拉迪亚女士结婚，共育有伊拉丽、娜伊拉和萨明三个孩子。1979年，他进入秘鲁军官学校学习，并于1983年获得学士学位和炮兵军官头衔。2002年，他在国家高等研究中心学校获得了国防硕士学位。同年，他也在秘鲁天主教大学开始学习政治科学的研究生课程。2003年，任秘鲁驻法国使馆武官。2003年，他被选为在索邦大学拉丁美洲研究中心的博士学位候选人。2004年任秘鲁驻韩国使馆武官。2005年，他同夫人一起成立了“秘鲁民族主义党”。2011年，他当选为秘鲁共和国总统。2011年7月20日，秘鲁政府授予已当选总统的乌马拉秘鲁国家最高荣誉，宝石大十字太阳勋章。2011年7月28日正式任职秘鲁总统。

President Humala was borned in June 27th, 1962 and is married to Mrs. Nadine Heredia. They have three children, Illariy, Nayra y Samin. In 1979, he started his studies at School of the Peruvian Army Officers, obtaining his BA and Title of Officer Brand of Artillery in 1983. In 2002 he obtained his MA Degree in National Defense, at the School of the Center of National Studies. In the same year, he started an MA in Political Science, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. In 2003, he was appointed Military Attaché at Embassy of Peru to the French Republic. In 2003 he was chosen as candidate for Ph.D. at the Center of Latin American Studies, La Sorbonne University. In 2004 he was appointed as Military Attaché at the Embassy of Peru to Corea. In 2005, he founded, with his wife Nadine, his political Party “Partido Nacionalista Peruano”. He was elected President of the Republic of Peru in June 2011. The Peruvian Government decorated elected President Humana on July 20th, 2011, with the highest honors in Peru, “Orden del Sol” Grade of Great Cross with Brilliants. On July 28th , 2011 he became President of Peru.
