巴曙松研究员为国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长，中国银行业协会首席经济学家，享受国务院特殊津贴专家，还担任中国宏观经济学会副秘书长、商务部经贸政策咨询委员会委员、中国银监会考试委员会专家、中国银监会中国银行业实施巴塞尔新资本协议专家指导委员会委员、中国证监会并购重组专家咨询委员会委员、香港特别行政区政府经济发展委员会委员等。先后担任中国银行杭州市分行副行长、中银香港助理总经理、中国证券业协会发展战略委员会主任、中央人民政府驻香港联络办公室经济部副部长等职务。巴曙松研究员还曾担任中共中央政治局集体学习主讲专家，是同时熟悉金融市场实际业务运作、金融政策制定以及金融理论研究进展的金融学家。主要著作有：《巴塞尔新资本协议研究》、《金融危机中的巴塞尔新资本协议:《挑战与改进》、《巴塞尔资本协议III研究》、《中国资产管理行业发展报告》年度报告等，译著有《美国货币史》、《大而不倒》、《金融之王》和《资本之王》等。

As a Vice Director-General of the Financial Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Prof. Ba enjoys privilege terms from the State Council and holds various key positions in the public and private sectors, including Chief Economist of the China Banking Association, Deputy Secretary of the China Institute of Macro-economics, Member of Advisory Committee of Economic and Trade Policy under Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Advisor to the Examination Board of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Member of expert guidance committee of the China Banking Regulatory Commission China banking industry to implement the new Basel capital accord, Member of the Mutual Fund Specialists Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Member of Economic Development Commission of the Government of the Hongkong Special Administrative Region. Previously, Prof. Ba was the Deputy General Manager in Hangzhou and assistant general manager in Hong Kong for the Bank of China, Director-General of the Strategy and Development Committee for the Securities Association of China, as well as Deputy Director for the economic department of the Liaison Office of the China Central People’s Government in Hong Kong. Prof. Ba has published more than 20 pieces of his work. He also gave speeches to the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and received he 2009 Global Youth Leader ( from the World Economic Forum).
