昂健先生作为主要建设者之一，1999年开始参与建设了博鳌亚洲论坛，在博鳌亚洲论坛成立10周年之际，荣获“博鳌之星”特别贡献奖。昂健先生创建的博鳌亚洲文化传媒是对博鳌亚洲论坛在文化交流与合作方面的有力补充，博鳌亚洲文化传媒也是“世界媒体峰会”的合作伙伴。昂健先生目前还担任博鳌亚洲论坛高尔夫球协会主席，中国全球公益慈善论坛组委会主席、香港中华教育基金执行主席、香港金融管理学院校董、海南心灵关怀联谊会会长、安徽合肥大学客座教授、北京师范大学社会创新研究院理事。

Mr. Ang Jian as the main one of constructers, 1999 started to participate in the construction of the Boao Forum for Asia , in Boao Forum for Asia set up 10th anniversary, he won the "Boao Star" special contribution award. Boao Asia Media & Entertainment was created by Mr. Ang Jian, which is the powerful supplement in aspect of cultural exchanges and cooperation. Boao Asia Media & Entertainment is also the cooperative partner of “The world media summit”. Now Mr. Ang Jian is also hold the post of “Golf association President” in BFA; Chairman of “China Global Philanthropy Forum’s Committee”; Executive Chairman of “Hong Kong China Education Fund”; Board Director of “Hong Kong financial Services Institute”; President of “Hainan Mind And Spiritual Caring Association”; Visiting professor of “Hefei University of Anhui”; Council Director of “Social Innovation Institute of Beijing Normal University”.
