陈峰，山西霍州人，高级经济师，1984年毕业于联邦德国汉莎航空运输管理学院，1995年获得荷兰马斯特里赫特管理学院工商管理硕士学位；2004年获得美国哈佛大学商学院高级管理毕业证书。曾在民航总局、国家空中交通管理局工作多年，后担任海南省省长航空事务助理职务。现任海航集团董事局主席。陈峰同志曾当选中国共产党第十六次、十七次、十八次全国代表大会代表；中国人民政治协商会议第十届、十一届全国委员会委员。

Mr. Chen Feng, senior economist, was born in Huozhou, Shanxi Province. He was graduated from Lufthansa College of Air Transportation Management in 1984 and got his MBA degree from Maastricht School of Management in 1995. In 2004, he finished his advanced study in the Harvard Business School. Mr. Chen had worked for the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Air Traffic Management Bureau for many years and later as the Aviation Business Assistant to the Provincial Governor of Hainan province. Now, he is the Chairman of HNA Group. Mr. Chen Feng was a representative of 16th, 17th and 18th national congress of CCP and national committee Member of the 10th and 11th CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference).
