陈建明，德勤中国客户与市场战略主管合伙人， 德勤中国北方区主管合伙人，经济学博士, 拥有20多年专业工作经验。陈先生专长于财务会计、审计及投资等多个领域，对国际会计准则和中国会计准则的运用及公司财务管理和内部控制具有丰富的经验，参与制定了中国会计准则、中国独立审计准则及证券发行等多项法律、法规。曾为诸多上市公司、跨国公司、大型国有企业、金融企业提供审计、咨询服务。陈先生特别对于公司的重组改制及上市拥有丰富的经验。陈先生现任上海证券交易所上市咨询委员会委员、中国证监会投资者保护工作专家委员会委员、财政部会计准则委员会咨询专家、财政部独立审计准则委员会委员，曾负责组织制定中国独立审计准则，曾任中国证券监督管理委员会股票发行上市审核委员会委员。

James Chen, doctor of economics, is Managing Partner of National Clients & Markets, Managing Partner of Northern China, Deloitte China. He has more than 20 years of professional experience. James specialized in a number of sectors, such as accounting, auditing as well as investment etc. And James has abundant experience in the application of the International Accounting Standards and the Accounting Standards of China, as well as corporate financial management and internal control. He has participated in the formulation of various laws and regulations in China including Accounting Standards, Independent Auditing Standards and securities offering-related legislations etc. He has provided auditing or consulting services for various listed companies, multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions. James is particularly proficient in the restructuring and system reform as well as listing of companies. James currently serves as member of the Listing Advisory Committees of Shanghai Stock Exchanges, member of Investor Protection Expert Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, advisory expert for China Accounting Standards Committee under the Ministry of Finance, and member of Committee of Independent Auditing Standards under the Ministry of Finance. He was responsible for organizing the enactment of Independent Auditing Standards of China, and was elected to the Public Offering Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
