董长征是丰田汽车（中国）投资有限公司执行副总经理，1984年毕业于合肥工业大学汽车与拖拉机设计专业。毕业后曾在国家机械部、国家机械电子工业部工程农机司、国家机械工业局行业管理司等处工作。2000—2004年任北汽福田汽车副总经理；2004—2005年在北京汽车工业控股有限公司担任梅赛德斯－奔驰项目组组长，负责北汽和戴姆勒合资公司的筹建等工作；2005—2008年担任北京奔驰－戴姆勒？克莱斯勒汽车有限公司执行副总裁，主管销售与市场、IT、法律、公关以及行政等部门的工作；2008—2011年4月担任克莱斯勒亚太投资有限公司行业/政府关系总监。2011年4月董长征出任丰田中国执行副总经理，在其主导下，丰田中国于2012年3月发布了首个自主战略“云动计划”，以加速中国事业。

Dong Changzheng, the Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd, graduated from Hefei University of Technology in 1984 and majored in vehicle and tractor design. Since graduated, he worked in Ministry of Machinery industry of China, Ministry of Machinery & Electronics Industries of China and Trade Management department of Bureau of Machinery industry of China. 2000-2004, he served as the Vice President of Beiqi Foton Motor; 2004-2005, when he worked at Beijing Automotive Industrial, he was the leader of Mercedes-Benz project that includes the Establishment of BAIC and Daimler’s Joint Venture; 2005-2008,he served as the Executive Vice President of Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive, in charge of Sales & Marketing, IT, Legal, PR and Admin; Since 2008, he served as the Director of Industrial/Government's Relations of Chrysler China. In April 2011, Dong joined the Toyota Motor (China) Investment Corporation as the Executive Vice President. He is playing a leading role of the “Yun Dong” project which is the Toyota’s first independent strategy in China.
