冯先生自1984年起历任中央党校讲师、国家体改委体改所研究室副主任、海南改革发展研究院研究所常务副所长、中国民生银行创业董事、中城联盟轮值主席、阿拉善生态协会第四任会长等职，于1991年创办万通并担任董事长至今。冯先生带领公司曾成功地参与投资了中国民生银行、纽约世贸中国中心、立体城市等知名公司及项目。其出版的商业管理书籍《理想丰满》、《野蛮生长》销售过百万，被誉为“地产界的思想家”。冯仑在国内积极推动地产行业转型，首倡房地产的“美国模式”（即由传统地产开发商升级为以投资能力见长的专业的地产投资公司），并率领万通在地产开发、工业地产、基金管理和资产管理等领域长足发展。“万通地产”（SH600246）早于2006年成功在中国上海证券交易所上市。冯先生毕业于西北大学经济学专业，获学士学位，之后还获有中央党校法学硕士学位及中国社科院研究生院法学博士学位。

From 1984, Mr. Feng successively took various important positions, including lecturer at the Research Institute of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee; Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Economic System Reform Institute of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic System; Executive Deputy Director of the Research Office of China Institute for Reform and Development; Founding Director of China Minsheng Banking Corporation Limited; Rotating Chairman of China Urban Realty Association and the Fourth Chairman of Society of Entrepreneurs & Ecology (SEE). Mr. Feng established Vantone in 1991, and has been Chairman ever since. Feng lead the company has successfully participated in the investment the China Minsheng Bank, China Center in New York World Trade Center, and the Great City, etc.. Mr. Feng initiated the American Model (i.e. turn traditional developers that touch on everything into the professional real estate investment companies) in the Chinese real estate industry. He led Vantone on a fast growth track in various professional areas, such as real estate development, industrial property development, fund management and assets management. "Vantone Real Estate" (SH600246) has been successfully listing in China Shanghai stock market by the end of 2006. In 2008, Mr. Feng founded the Future World Foundation of Singapore, and at the same time, he promotes the “Great City” and the National University of Singapore joint research and development center was established. Mr. Feng is also known as "property thinker”, and publishing business management books of “the ideal plump", "savage growth" sold millions. Mr. Feng graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Northwest University, majoring in economics. Later, he obtained a master’s degree in law from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and a doctor’s degree in law from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
