高纪凡，男，1965年1月生，汉族，江苏省常州市人。硕士研究生毕业，硕士学位。现任常州市天合光能有限公司董事长、首席执行官；民建中央委员，民建江苏省第八届委员会企业委员会主任，民建江苏省第七届委员会委员、民建江苏省委员会企业委员会主任；全国工商联新能源商会常务副会长，常州市工商联副会长；常州市新北区政协副主席；常州市高新技术企业协会会长，复旦大学董事会董事，南京大学董事会董事；国际半导体设备与材料行业协会（SEMI）全球董事、亚洲光伏产业协会主席。

Born on January 15, 1965, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, Mr. Gao established Trina Solar in December 1997. Under his leadership Trina Solar has developed to a world leading solar company over the past 15 years. With Trina Solar’s leading position in the global photovoltaic industry, Jifan Gao has been contributing to the world renewable energy industry through international industry forums and industry associations. He was elected as the Global Director of SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International) and the President of Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association. From 2010, Trina Solar was selected as the shape of the solar industry in the Global Growth Company Community of the World Economic Forum, and in 2012 Jifan Gao was invited to be one of the mentors of the World Economic Forum annual meeting. In 2012, Mr. Gao participated the Rio+20, together with the president of Siemens, Philips, World Wildlife Fund for Nature, the 26 leading companies and NGOs formed the “Friends of Rio+20” and provided suggestions to leaders of nations presented at the UN Conference on Sustainable Development. On behalf of photovoltaic industry, Mr. Gao put forward his suggestions to Premier Wen Jiabao, Vice Premier Li Keqiang and Wang Qishan, and other state leaders on developing a health and sustainable Chinese photovoltaic industry. His suggestions had received broad attention from Chinese and global leaders and his speeches had been quoted and reported by Xinhua Newswire, CCTV, Reuters, Bloomberg, Dow Jones and Financial Times, etc.
