韩长赋

1954年10月生，1976年7月参加工作，清华大学法学博士学位。历任共青团中央青农部部长、宣传部部长，共青团中央常委，中央财经领导小组办公室副主任，农业部副部长、党组副书记，国务院研究室副主任、党组副书记，吉林省委副书记、副省长、代省长。2009年12月起任农业部部长。长期从事中国宏观经济研究和政策制定工作，多次参与中央全会等重大会议文件起草工作；长期关注和研究中国“三农”问题，多次参与有关“三农”重大政策问题的决策。在《人民日报》、《经济日报》、《求是》、《中国经济研究》等报刊上发表文章数十篇，著有专著《中国现代化进程中的“三农”问题》、《中国农民工的发展与终结》。

Born in 1954 in Heilongjiang, and started his first job in 1976. Earned his Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from Tsinghua University. He had once been appointed as Minister of Central Committee of Communist Youth League, Deputy Director of Central Financial Work Leading Group Office, Vice Minister of Ministry of Agriculture, and Governor of Jilin Province. Since 2009, he was nominated as Minister of Ministry of Agriculture. He has long engaged in China's macroeconomic and “Agriculture, Rural Community and Farmers” research work, and participated many times in drafting central plenary policies and documents about agricultural. He has published dozen of papers in major journals and newspaper. He is the author of Sannong Issues during the process of China’s Modernization, and the Development and Termination of China's Rural Migrant Workers.
