韩定国生于1952年4月6日,为台湾第一代的连锁服务业,中小企业专业管理人的代表型人物。毕业于台湾大学政治系国际关系专业。从80年代参与麦当劳等外资国际餐饮连锁服务业在台湾的创办。90年代到中国大陆发展，担任中国百胜餐饮集团运营长及首席后勤执行官，参与肯德基,必胜客等品牌在中国的奠基发展工作。2000年先后在泰国与海峡两岸推动餐饮,食品、零售,金融投资等服务业的推广。韩定国目前为兴百食投资集团,贝拉吉奥餐饮管理公司董事长。

Mr. Joseph Ding-gwo Han. Born April 6, 1952, is well regarded as a leading figure in restaurant and SME management. Graduated from Taiwan University with B.A. in political science, Joseph was reared as a first generation professional manager in Taiwan. He participated in the introduction of industrialization of restaurant business to Taiwan via McDonald’s in the 80’s, and a similar process via KFC and Pizza Hut in China in the 90’s and early 2000’s, while serving as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Support Officer. Later, Joseph expanded area of professional interests to food, retail banking as well as investment in both sides of Straits and Southeast Asia. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Symbiosisco Inc., as well as Bellagio Restaurant Management Inc. and resides in Shanghai.
