陈章良，福建福清人。著名生物学家。美国华盛顿大学博士。曾任北京大学副校长、中国农业大学校长等职，现任全国政协常委，广西壮族自治区副主席(2007年12月起)。

Chen Zhangliang (born in Fuqing, Fujian, P.R. China) graduated from the School of South-China Tropical Botany in 1983, and then he finished Ph.D. in the United States. After he returned to China in 1987, he worked in Peking University as dean of faculty of biology and chair of school of life science. He became the vice president of Peking University in 1995, and president of China Agricultural University in 2002. He became vice-governor of Guangxi in 2007.
