2009年11月，加入《财经》杂志，任执行主编。2012年6月，兼任《哈佛商业评论》中文版主编。从1993年8月年至2008年3月，先后任职于《人民日报》国际部、《财经时报》、《国际金融报》、《人民日报》华东分社、人民日报评论部，历任新闻编辑、助理总编、总编辑、社长助理和评论员等职.2008年4月参与创办《投资者报》，任执行总编辑。1993年至2000年，先后获得中国人民大学国际政治专业学士学位、中国社科院研究生院新闻学硕士学位和英国克兰菲尔德管理学院工商管理硕士学位。

In Nov. 2009, Mr. HE joined the editorial team of CAIJING Magazine. In June 2012, Mr. HE was appointed as the Editor of Harvard Business Review (Chinese Edition) after CAIJING Magazine and HBR starting the exclusive cooperation in mainland of China in the coming 10 years. Before that, he has ever been the news editor of People’s Daily, comment editor of Financial Daily, editor-in-chief of International Finance New, comment editor and member of editorials of People’s Daily, and Managing editor-in-chief of Investor Journal since 1993. Mr. HE got his BA in International Politics from Renmin University of China, MA in Journalism from Graduate School of Social Science Academy of China and MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK.
