海南省人民政府副省长

李国梁先生是中国重要的政府官员，拥有近30年的石油行业从业经验和16年的从政经历。李国梁先生1984年加入中国石化集团，历任济南和海南分公司炼油项目负责人。2005年出任中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司董事长、总经理。2007年开始涉足政界，担任海南省人民政府省长助理。2008年至今，担任海南省副省长，重点分管工业和商务。2010年起，同时兼任海南洋浦经济开发区工委书记。李国梁先生拥有工学博士学位，为教授级高级工程师。

Mr. Li is an important governmental official in China. He has about thirty years' experience in petrochemical industry and has worked with the government for sixteen years. Mr. Li joined SINOPEC in 1984 and led the refinery teams successively in its Jinan and Hainan Branches. In 2005, he became chairman and general manager of Sinopec·Hainan Refinery. Mr. Li began to engage in governmental affairs in 2007, serving as assistant to governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government. Since 2008, he has been Vice-Governor of Hainan Province, mainly in charge of industrial and business affairs. He has also been the Party Secretary of Yangpu Economic Development Zone of Hainan for three years. Mr. Li holds a doctorate in engineering.
