赖小民，现任中国华融资产管理股份有限公司党委书记、董事长，中国企业联合会副会长、中国国际商会副会长;从事金融监管、金融企业管理工作30年，先后在中国人民银行总行计划资金司、信贷管理司、银行监管二司任副司长，中国银监会监管二部副主任，北京银监局筹备组组长，北京银监局局长、党委书记，中国银监会办公厅主任、党委办公室主任、首席新闻发言人等职;先后荣获“2010中国企业创新十大年度人物”、 “建党九十周年全国企业优秀党委书记”、“十大中华经济英才”、 “2011年度金融人物”、“2011—2102年度全国优秀企业家”等荣誉称号；曾主编《金融监管理论与实务》、《现代金融企业制度政策与实务》、《透析金融问题 促进金融发展》、《中国银行业不良贷款证券化研究》等书籍，并发表经济金融论文几十篇。

Mr. Lai Xiaomin, the Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China Huarong), concurrently holds various social and academic positions including Vice-Chairman of China Enterprise Confederation and Vice-President of China Chamber of International Commerce. He is a seasoned veteran and has engaged in financial regulation and financial business management for 30 years. Before joining China Huarong, he worked in many departments of the People’s Bank of China (“PBC”) and China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”). In PBC, he successively took the positions as Deputy Director-General of Planning & Capital Department, Credit Management Department and Banking Supervision Department II. When serving for CBRC, he was appointed as Deputy Director-General of Banking Supervision Department II, Head of the Preparation Team of Beijing Bureau, CBRC, Director-General and Secretary of CPC Party Committee of Beijing Bureau, CBRC, Director-General of the General Office, Director-General of the General Office of CPC Party Committee and Chief Spokesman of CBRC. In recent years, he has received the honorable titles of “2010 Top 10 Innovative Chinese Enterpreneurs,” “Outstanding Secretaries of Party Committee in Enterprises on 90th Anniversary of the CPC,” “Top 10 Chinese Economic Elites,” “2011 Financial Stars in China,” and “2011~2012 National Outstanding Entrepreneurs,” etc.. He has published dozens of economic and financial papers and edited the books including Theory and Practice of Financial Regulation, Policy and Practice of Modern Financial Corporate Governance, Reflection on Financial Issues and Promotion of Financial Development, and Study on NPL Securitization in China’s Banking Industry, etc.
