深圳市创新投资集团总裁，中国社会科学院经济学博士，西安交大管理学博士。兼任中山大学、中国社会科学院深圳研究院客座教授，中国私募股权投资家联盟会长，中山大学股权投资中心主任。2011年获得中国创投专委会“创业投资投资家卓越成就奖”（个人最高奖），连续三年获得清科集团“中国最佳创业投资家”奖 ，2010年获福布斯中国“年度最佳创业投资人”奖等。深创投为中国创投行业领头羊，曾连续四年获得中国创业投资综合排名第一。

Ph.D. in Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University.

Visiting professor of Nankai University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Vice director of venture capital research center of Fudan University, Chairman of China Private Equity LPGP Federation, honorary Chairman of PKU PE Investment Union. Member of a council in China Youth Entrepreneurs Association, vice president of Shenzhen Youth Entrepreneurs Association, vice president of China Venture Capital Association. As the cofounder of SCGC and the first generation of venture capital practitioner in China, Dr. Li has thirteen years experiences of government leadership.
