于旭波，1966年出生，籍贯山东。现任中粮集团有限公司总裁，并兼任中国粮油控股有限公司（0606.HK）董事会主席、内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司董事长。于旭波同志毕业于对外经济贸易大学，获得经济学学士学位，其后获得中欧国际工商学院EMBA学位。于旭波同志于1988年加入中粮集团，创建中粮期货业务，历任中粮期货经纪有限公司总经理、董事长，为中国期货市场的建设和发展做出了突出贡献。2007年任中粮集团总裁。于旭波同志于2010年8月当选为第十一届中华全国青年联合会副主席。

Mr. Patrick Yu is President of COFCO Corporation, Chairman of China Agri-Industries Holdings (a public company listed in Hong Kong. Code: 0606 HK), and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. He joined COFCO in 1988 for agro-commodity import and export and started COFCO’s futures business in 1992 after coming back from the Chicago-based JV between COFCO and the Continental Grain Company. Mr. Yu’s talent in commodity and futures was soon recognized. He had worked as the General Manager and Chairman of COFCO Futures, Director of Dalian Commodity Exchange, Member of China Futures Association, Executive Member of China Grain Association, and Chief Director of China Animal & Plant Inspection & Quarantine Board. Mr. Yu joined COFCO’s senior management in 1999 as the Assistant President, and later Vice President and President in 2007. Since then he has successfully led the conglomerate onto the track of rapid growth and rewarding returns. Mr. Yu is an EMBA of China Europe International Business School. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from University of International Business & Economics, China.
