Roger J. M. Dassen，德勤有限公司全球客户、服务及人才管理董事总经理，是德勤有限公司高管成员之一，并曾担任德勤荷兰首席执行官。Dassen曾任德勤荷兰全国会计和审计部董事总经理，曾是德勤有限公司全球鉴证领导团队成员。Dassen1996年成为德勤荷兰审计合伙人，并为事务所多个最大型客户担任咨询合伙人与/或全球客户服务领导合伙人。Dassen的专业领域还涉及出任国际会计师联合会跨国审计师委员会主席、国际会计师联合会国际审计与鉴证准则理事会成员以及荷兰皇家注册会计师协会审计准则理事会主席。Dassen编着过多本英语、中文和荷兰语审计教材，并发表过大量的学术和专业文章。Dassen是马斯特里赫特大学审计专业名誉教授、阿姆斯特丹自由大学审计专业教授。他是荷兰注册会计师，并在马斯特里赫特大学获经济学和商业管理硕士学位以及商业和经济学博士学位。

Roger J. M. Dassen is Global Managing Director, Clients, Services& Talent, of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Dassen has served as CEO of Deloitte Netherlands. He is a member of the DTTL Executive. Dassen’s previous leadership roles included serving as National Managing Director Accounting & Auditing of Deloitte Netherlands and as a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Global Assurance Leadership Team. Dassen has been a Deloitte Netherlands audit partner since 1996 and has served as advisory partner and/or global LCSP for a number of the firm’s largest clients. Dassen’s professional activities include serving as Chairman of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Transnational Auditor’s Committee, a member of IFAC’s International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, and Chairman of the Auditing Standards Board of Royal NIVRA. Dassen is author of several textbooks on auditing in English, Mandarin and Dutch, and has published a significant number of academic and professional articles. Dassen is an honorary professor of auditing at the University of Maastricht and a full professor of auditing at the Free University of Amsterdam. He is a Dutch CPA, has a master’s degree in economics and business administration, and a PhD in business and economics from the University of Maastricht.
