王学军，男，汉族，1952年12月出生，河北南皮人。1970年3月参加工作，1975年7月加入中国共产党，中央党校研究生学历。1972年至1975年河北工学院机械系机制专业学习。1984年河北沧州市经委副主任、市计委副主任。1987年河北沧州市计委党组书记、副主任。1988年河北沧州市政府秘书长、市政府办公室党组书记。1989年河北沧县县委书记、县人大常委会主任。1992年河北沧州市副市长兼市委企业工委书记。1994年河北省委组织部副部长。1997年5月河北省人事厅党组书记、省委组织部副部长。1997年12月河北廊坊市委书记。2001年11月河北省委常委、省委秘书长。2003年1月河北省委常委、省委秘书长兼省委省直机关工委书记。2004年2月国家信访局局长、党组书记。2008年7月国务院副秘书长、国务院机关党组成员，国家信访局局长、党组书记（2010年9月明确为正部长级）。2013年3月任安徽省委常委、副书记。 第十七届、十八届中央委员。
