卢伯卿先生是德勤中国首席执行官，德勤有限公司全球高管团队成员。他曾担任德勤全球中国服务小组联席主席、德勤中国华东区主管合伙人、全国客户与市场战略部主管合伙人等职务。他于1981年加入德勤洛杉矶事务所，1989年获派调任德勤台湾事务所担任国际服务部负责人，后于1994年调至德勤中国。卢先生曾为多个行业的国内企业和跨国企业提供服务，在法定审计、兼并重组、企业上市、尽职调查等领域都拥有丰富的经验，也曾多次领导德勤为国资委等机构建言献策.卢先生毕业于伊利诺伊大学，获得会计科学硕士学位，是中国注册会计师协会和美国执业会计师公会会员，也是上海市中国注册会计师协会常务理事。

Chris Lu is Deloitte China CEO and a member of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTTL) Global Executive Committee. Before that, he was the Co-Chair of Deloitte's Global Chinese Service Group, the Managing Partner for Eastern China and the Managing Partner for National China Clients & Markets. Mr. Lu joined Deloitte in 1981 as a member of the US practice in Los Angeles, transferring to Deloitte Taiwan in 1989 where he served as the Head of the International Service Department before his relocation to Deloitte China in 1994.Mr. Lu’s professional experience includes serving both domestic and multinational corporations spanning a range of industry sectors, in expertise areas such as managing local statutory audits, consolidating accounts for international clients, preparing accounts for companies seeking listings, and conducting due diligence reviews and joint-venture negotiations. He has also led a number of Deloitte initiatives in support of national policies and programs such as those of the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission (SASAC).Mr. Lu graduated with a Master degree of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Director of the Shanghai Chapter of the CICPA.
