Corporate Branding and International Operation
(Huaxia Hall, 2 nd Floor, Building B, Wuzhou Guest House)
Brand is the pass to market and a good one is the pass to the international market. Brand speaks for the quality, management and service of an enterprise or a product. The ultimate goal of an enterprise is to earn market recognition for its brand and service. The international market is a place teeming with famous brands. Newcomers will find it extremely difficult to get in without a well-recognized brand. The key to the success of enterprises on the path of internationalization is to establish their own international brands.

Looming larger and larger on the global economic landscape, Asia has become the world's third largest trading system after the US and Europe . This has apparently altered the existing international economic pattern dominated by developed countries. Asian enterprises, in this process, have played the key role. However, there is still a lot for Asian enterprises to learn from the US and Europe in terms of corporate and regulatory systems so as to improve the quality of Asia 's development.

Deregulation and investment liberalization, as a result of economic and social reforms instituted by Asian countries and the diminishing role of government in the economy, has drawn attention to entrepreneurship and technology innovation from not only the business community but all walks of life. Such a climate is of great significance to the growth of new, small and medium-sized enterprises and to the vigorous and sound development of the macro-economy.

World Economic Development: Prospects and Estimates
(Huaxia Hall, 2 nd Floor, Building B, Wuzhou Guest House)

Will roaring oil prices in the past year lead to a replay of the 1973 oil crisis, upset the momentum of economic revival in Japan and the US, slow down growth in China, India and other Asia Pacific countries and make it hard for Europe to recover? Will the product and market structure of China 's import and export be greatly changed by RMB revaluation? A variety of factors affect the international economic situation in different ways. Logistics: Networking Asia with the World
(Huaxia Hall, 2 nd Floor, Building B, Wuzhou Guest House)
From transportation and storage in the traditional sense to the 3PL outsourcing to the 4PL supply chain solutions, “Logistics” has evolved into a quite different concept today in both denotation and connotation, as manifested in the success stories of logistics multinationals. For such an important manufacture base and export-led economy as Asia , the importance and imperativeness of vigorously developing the logistics sector is self-evident. To learn from proven international logistics theories and expertise and bring Asian logistics enterprises up to a new level is vital to reducing logistics costs of Asian economic growth and ensuring its sustainability.

Housing A Billion People — Responsibilities of the Government and Real Estate Developers
(Shenzhen Room, 2 nd Floor, Building A, Wuzhou Guest House)
China ' s real estate market has just experienced the impact of government policies, with aftershocks still lingering on. Government policies were designed to squeeze out bubbles and prevent the price drifting too far away from the value, rather than disrupting normal operation and development of the real estate market. Exorbitant real estate prices are of no good to the national economy and people ' s lives. China ' s huge population and the urbanization of rural farmers will generate and unleash enormous demand for residential buildings, office towers and general-purpose workshops. The question is: what responsibilities should the government and enterprises take up respectively?
