内蒙古蒙牛乳业(集团)股份有限公司始建于1999年8月,总部设在内蒙古呼和浩特市和林格尔县盛乐经济园区,2004年在香港上市(股票代码:HK2319),2014年成为入选恒生指数成分股的中国乳业第一股。2015年位列全球乳业第11位。

蒙牛是中国领先乳制品供应商,专注于研发生产适合国人的乳制品,连续8年位列全球乳业20强。蒙牛成立17年来,已形成了拥有液态奶、冰淇淋、奶粉奶酪等多品的产品矩阵系列,拥有特仑苏、纯甄、优益C、冠益乳、未来星、酸酸乳等拳头产品。连续10年牵手NBA、博鳌等国际平台,为NBA中国官方乳制品,博鳌亚洲论坛唯一指定乳品供应商。并早在2003年,蒙牛产品就已经入选航天食谱,用高品质的产品为中国航天提供营养支持。2015年,蒙牛牵手上海迪士尼度假区,成为其官方乳品合作伙伴。

截至目前,蒙牛已拥有近4万名员工,在全国建立了33个生产基地58个工厂,年产能合计911万吨。2015年,蒙牛实现营业收入近500亿元,高端UHT奶、低温酸奶份额保持领先。

2009年7月,中国最大的粮油食品企业中粮集团入股蒙牛,成为蒙牛第一大股东。近年来,蒙牛着力整合全球优势资源,先后与丹麦Arla、法国Danone(达能)、美国White Wave、新西兰AsureQuality、美国UC-Davis达成战略合作,快速实现了与国际乳业先进管理水平接轨,并形成了集奶源建设、研发生产及销售为一体的大型乳制品全产业链。规模化、集约化奶源比例达100%。2017年,蒙牛以总金额约18.73亿港元增持现代牧业,持股比例提升至39.9%,仍为现代牧业最大单一股东。表现出蒙牛进一步加强对上游优质奶源掌控的决心。

蒙牛与合作伙伴在美国、法国以及丹麦的研发中心开展全球研发布局,使得蒙牛未来能够在营养健康食品公司里面能够有更好的产品提供给中国的消费者。蒙牛先后与30余家高等院校和科研机构建立了合作关系,并承担中丹两国农业部牵头成立的“中丹乳品技术合作中心”这一国家级合作项目在中方的实施工作。

2016年,蒙牛出口产品加工基地通过了国家出口内销产品“同线同标同质”审核,成为国内首家获得此认证的乳品企业,这标志着国内乃至国际市场对蒙牛国际化品质的高度认可。蒙牛在海外市场上,也已开发了新西兰、新加坡、蒙古、缅甸、香港和澳门等国家、地区,出口产品包括常低冰三大业态,受到海外市场的认可和好评。

Introduction of Mengniu Dairy

Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Company Limited was established in August, 1999, with its headquarters located in Shengle Economic Zone, Horinger County, Hohhot,Inner Mongolia. The company was listed in Hong Kong in 2004 (stock code: HK2319) and its stock was selected as the constituent stock of Hang Seng Index in 2014, the first among Chinese dairy manufacturers. In 2015, Mengniu ranked the 11th among global dairy product manufacturers.

As one of the leading suppliers of dairy product in China, Mengniu devotes itself to the research of custom-made dairy products for the Chinese people and ranks among the top 20 in the global dairy industry for 8 years in a row. During the 17 years since its establishment, Mengniu’s product line ranges from liquid milk, ice cream, milk powder to cheese, where key products include Milk Deluxe, Just Yogurt, yoyiC, BB-12 fermented milk, Future Star, and sour yogurt, etc. Mengniu has been in cooperative relations with international partners such as NBA and BFA (Boao Forum for Asia) for 10 years, serving as NBA’s official supplier in China and the only designated dairy product supplier of BFA. As early as 2003, Mengniu products were listed on the menu for Chinese astronauts for its high quality. In 2015, Mengniu joined hands with Shanghai Disney Resort and became official supplier of dairy products of the latter.

Up till now, Mengniu has over 40,000 employees, 33 production bases and 58 plants nationwide, with an annual production capacity of 9,110,000 tons. In 2015, Mengniu’s revenue reached nearly RMB 50 billion, among which the sales of high-end UHT milk and low-temperature yogurt take the lead.

In July 2009, COFCO Group, the country’s largest corporation of cereals, oils and foodstuffs, became Mengniu’s largest shareholder. Over the past years, Mengniu has been integrating global resources, and has reached strategic cooperation with Arla Foods(from Denmark), Danone (from France), White Wave (from the USA), AsureQuality (from New Zealand) and UC-Davis (from the USA) so as to gear itself to advanced management practices worldwide. A large-scale product chain integrating milk source building, R&D, production and sales was established. Intensive milk source with scale totals 100%. In 2017, Mengniu made an additional investment of HK$1.873 billion in Modern Farming, further consolidating its position as the largest sole shareholder (39.9%) of Modern Farming. This reveals Mengniu’s determination in controlling quality milk source.

Mengniu is cooperating with R&D centers in the USA, France and Denmark so as to provide better products for Chinese consumers as a healthy food manufacturer in the future. Mengniu has established cooperative relations with over 30 universities and research centers. The company is also, on behalf of the Chinese side, engaged in the implementation of the state-level program “Sino-Danish Dairy Product Technical Cooperation Center” initiated by the Agricultural Department of both countries.

In 2016, Mengniu’s manufacturing base for exports was approved in the audit which requires “same line, same standard and same quality” for products sold to both overseas and Chinese consumers. Mengniu thus became the first dairy supplier who has received the certification, which demonstrates its high quality and good reputation in the domestic and global market. Mengniu products are widely sold in countries and regions such as New Zealand, Singapore, Mongolia, Myanmar, Hong Kong, and Macao. Exports stored in normal temperature, low temperature and frozen temperature are approved and recognized by overseas markets.

The dairy industry is an indispensable industry for a healthy nation and strong people as well as the prerequisite for realizing the “Chinese Dream of Health”. In the future, Mengniu will stick to the idea of “invincible quality, innovation and sustainability” in building a premium brand and promoting the development of national branding innovation and dairy product quality with its every endeavor.
