Zheng Bijian is Chairman of China Reform Forum. As a member of Standing Committee of 9th and 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, he concurrently holds such positions as Chairman of Academic Committee of the Central Party School, CPC Central Committee, President of College of the Humanities and Social Sciences, Graduate School, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Council Chairman of Chinese Scientists Forum on Humanities, and Senior Advisor of China Institute of International Strategic Studies. He once served as Vice President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Executive Vice Minister of Propaganda Department, CPC Central Committee and Executive Vice President of Central Party School, CPC Central Committee.
