You enjoy two complimentary registrations if youre a Diamond Member of BFA. You enjoy one complimentary registration if youre an Honorary /Platinum/Initial Member of BFA. You qualify for a special discount off of the regular registration fee if you are an Ordinary Member of BFA, or if youre members of other categories but are registering more than the allocated complimentary quota.

    Early registration rate (for registration fee received on or before Jan.31, 2005): US$ 2,400 for Members, US$ 2,700 for Non-Members.

    Regular rate (for registration fee received on or before Mar. 31, 2005): US$ 2,700 for Members, US$ 3,000 for Non-Members.

    Late registration rate (for registration fee received after Mar.31, 2005): US$ 3,000 for Members, US$ 3,300 for Non-Members.

   The registration fee covers participation fee for various events, documentation including post-conference proceeds, local land transportation from airport to conference venue and vice versa, exclusive of participants travel, local accommodation, post-meeting activities and other related expenses.

    Payment shall be made in US Dollars or Chinese RMB. The exchange rate of US Dollars and Chinese RMB shall be 1:8.30.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy ˷/λ滻涨
Request for replacement has to be made in writing by fax, email or mail. Replacement request wont be entertained after April 16, 2005. עᲢɷѵĴҪ滻ͨʽҪ̳鴦2005416󲻽滻Ҫ

Request for cancellation has to be made in writing by fax, email or mail. You will be refunded the amount you paid minus 10% for processing if the cancellation request is received on or before March 19, 2005.

You will be refunded the amount you paid minus 20% for processing if the cancellation request is received on or before April 9, 2005.

Hotel Accommodation: Participants will be accommodated in Sofitel Hotel Boao (5-star, adjacent to BFA ICC), Boao Gold Coast Hot Spring Hotel (5-star, 10 min. ride to BFA ICC) and Boao Jin Jiang Hot Spring Hotel (4-star, 10 min. ride to BFA ICC). Hotel accommodation shall be booked through BFA Secretariat after the registration is confirmed.

Flight Info: Participants are requested to provide their flight details to BFA Secretariat at least 20 days before the dates of the AC so that airport pickup could be arranged accordingly. Participants are advised to arrive and depart via Haikou Meilan Airport. It takes 1.5 hrs by car from Haikou Meilan Airport to Boao.

On-site Registration: On-site Registration for BFA Members starts from April 21,2005 and registration for other participant starts on April 22, 2005. Therefore it is advised that BFA members arrive in Boao on April 21, and other participants arrive in Boao on April 22, 2005.
