| On December 26, 2006, BFA delegation composed of Secretariat staff and representatives of the charity donators came to Changtian Primary School of Diaoluoshan Village, Hainan to witness the foundation stone laying ceremony of a new school building. Changtian Primary School is one of the four schools BFA members and sponsors donated at the BFA Annual Conference 2006.
